As an Account and Relationship Manager, you will form an integral part of our Owner Corporation Management team, managing a portfolio of clients & overseeing the way in which the properties in your portfolio function. 


Ultimately, we’re after someone who has a high expectation for their own success and achievements, always thinking ‘we can do this better’ and being self-driven to improve. 


This opening is specifically for experienced account and relationship managers (2+ years in Account Management role) with the below skills

We’re looking for passionate office-based reactive maintenance hero who will be responsible for the coordination, management & communication for all repairs & maintenance issues within a portfolio!


As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will ensure each owners corporation’s assets and equipment is functioning as it should and relationships with both customers and contractors are maintained, through in-person, telephone and email enquiries, ensuring a high standard of service delivery. 


Assisting the Relationship Manager, you’ll provide expert knowledge and guidance to the members of the owner’s corporation, relating to all repairs, and facilities maintenance tasks.


  • Experience in a customer service role 
  • Admin property/maintenance experience preferred, but not essential 
  • Ability to strive in a high performing team
