Your responsibilities will include, although are not limited to:

  • End-to-end customer service management; inquiries via phone & email 
  • Admin support to your internal team
  • Administer all customer service inquiries in a timely manner, this includes emails, calls, and occasional in-office customer assistance

Are you highly organised, people focused and interested in joining a dynamic team?

 

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent telephone manner and strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, take instructions and learn quickly
  • Skills and experience to manage customer complaints to a positive resolution in a timely manner
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications

About the role

You will be working alongside a high-performing team, supported by dedicated administration, facilities & finance teams – allowing you to effectively focus on relationship management with your clients.

 

Client Relationship Management 

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships. 
  • Deliver existing services to the customer’s satisfaction, ensuring they are aware of all value provided. 
  • Own and resolve issues and escalations from a customer or internal teams. 
  • Develop an understanding of the customer’s strategy and objectives and business problems/drivers for change. 
  • Own and manage escalations and complaints from customers. 
  • Own action plans arising from major customer issues or satisfaction surveys

 

Service Delivery through Contract Management

  • Lead the delivery of the service in accordance with contracted service levels and other contractual obligations that may be in place, including delivery and financial risk management. 

 

Financial Management 

  • Ensure budgets are accurate & client’s have access to financial reports & data

 

Portfolio Growth 

Support the Sales team to increase your portfolio size by recognising or creating growth opportunities. 

 

Skills & Experience

  • Experience handling difficult & complex situations
  • Excellent communication & relationship building skills
  • Attention to detail & ability to work under pressure 
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Solid communicator with the ability to create strong third party relationships

We offer an exciting opportunity for a driven & passionate finance representative to join our team. If successful, you will form an integral part of our finance department, responsible for end-end management of accounts for a portfolio of owners corporations. 

The successful candidate will be confident in liaising with clients & have the ability to build trusting relationships. You will have a business improvement focus & be skilled in the use of the latest technology. 

We are looking for Bookkeepers & Accounting professionals with at least a Certificate IV in Bookkeeping/Accounting. It would be preferred if you hold a Diploma or Degree qualification. 

Ideally, you will have at least two years of hands-on experience, however, the position is also open to fresh graduates with the right attitude & willingness to learn about our industry.

As an Owners Corporation Manager, you will form an integral part of our Owner Corporation Management team, managing a portfolio of clients & overseeing the way in which the properties in your portfolio function.

This opening is specifically for experienced account and relationship managers (2+ years in Account Management role) with the below skills:

  • Thrives in a fast-paced office environment.
