The new and improved Strata Care is on its way—from us to you—with more value and benefits than ever before! 

 

Having recently joined the Strata Plan, it’s been my mission to review and revitalise the current Strata Care program. I’m excited to announce that it is in its final stages of completion and as a valued customer of Strata Plan, here’s a sneak peek just for you.

What can you expect from Strata Care in future?

Emergency Response

 

Your 24/7, 365 days a year emergency call out service remains the same. This includes the discount of up to $330 (including GST) for any qualifying emergency call out. We’re pleased to have engaged one of our most reputable facilities maintenance companies, Choice FM to deliver this service with consistency across trades for your property.

 

 

Site Visits

Strata Care will continue to conduct visual inspections of your property, to ensure a proactive, preventative approach to identifying any potential issues or areas for improvement. Inspections will be conducted by a Strata Plan Warrior, in most instances myself, along with the Project Manager from Choice FM—because, well two sets of eyes are always better than one! We’ll put together a report from each visit for the Owners Corporation Committee and upload it to your Community Portal, along with any expert recommendations.

 

 

As well as some new and exciting stuff.

 

 

Strata Care Spring Clean

Strata Care, by definition, is all about caring for and maintaining one of your biggest assets, your home. At no additional cost to your Owners Corporation, Strata Plan will carry out an annual comprehensive spring clean of your common areas. Designed to focus on high traffic areas, this clean ensures that longevity and appearance is maintained.

 

The Spring Clean will…

  • Steam clean and deodorise your common area carpets;
  • Carry out a tile scrub and deodorise common area tiles;
  • Perform a scrub/clean and deodorise of the internal entry;
  • Complete a scrub/pressure clean of your external entrance;
  • Conduct a basement carpark scrub/pressure clean; and
  • Complete a basement bin room pressure clean and deodorise.

 

 

Lobby Screen Upgrade

Is your lobby screen not functioning correctly, damaged or non-existent? Never fear, at no additional cost to your Owners Corporation, Strata Plan will install a brand new screen and cover the maintenance agreement costs, to ensure you have the best form of communication with your residents.

 

 

Loyalty Program

Watch this space. Yep, we’ve got a Loyalty Program for committed Strata Care subscribers on its way to you.

As you would be aware, under Stage 4 Government restrictions we are unable to conduct our Strata Care visual inspections. Rest assured, we are re-scheduling in the background—ready to hit the ground running, when permitted to do so. Oh, and we’re already scheduling in those Spring Cleans we’ve promised for when restrictions ease.
