I hereby declare that the details entered are true and correct to the best of my knowledge. In case any of the information is found to be false or untrue or misleading or misrepresenting, I am aware that I may be held liable for it. 1. Keys/Access Passes can only be held for no more than approve period.
2. Any costs incurred by the owners corporation to replace lost / damage keys and/or passes will be forwarded to the lot. (Minimum cost is $300 or equal to OC insurance Excess whichever is greater.)
3. Key/Access is only provided to the utility requested i.e., MDF room, Gas Meter Cupboard, Water Meter Cupboard or Electrical Cupboard. It is the responsibility of requestor to provide access into the building.
