If you don't know your Plan of Subdivision Number, click here. You can also find your Plan of Subdivision Number on your fee notice.

To submit this form, you agree & understand the following:

  1. The sign does not exceed 8ft x 4ft.
  2. You will reimburse the owners corporation for any cost, loss or damage caused to the common property as a result of installation and/or removal of the sign.
  3. You will remove the sign within 7 days upon being provided with written notice.
  4. You agree to indemnify the Owners Corporation to any liability.
  5. You will not use any common power or utilities to illuminate the sign.
  6. The security of the premises is not compromised as a result of installation or removal of the sign so long as it is in accordance with all relevant legislative requirements.
